I had to draw a chart but got there in the end. Not sure I have a big enough sheet of paper for parts 2 and following!
Even I’m a little confused now. I kept going down rabbit holes trying to write the thing, and I didn’t even GET to my dad/stepmother/et al, the ostensible reason for the whole explanation.
I commented over at Babble, too… I’m hooked! I cracked up at the last line, too. “…my next stepfather, and even the one after that!” Hee hee. Other people’s family structures are always interesting to me, but I think yours takes the cake!
