A series of drawings that made my day

February 22, 2011

I am most dreadfully behind, and have learned what should probably be the First Lesson of Online Writing:  never promise you will get to something “tomorrow.”  You seal your fate for at least a week.

It has been a week of bad news and trouble for friends and relations, and as I lay awake fretting one night, idly following link after link on the internet (while the kitten rampaged around the room, knocked things off of my bureau, played with the little chain on my bedside lamp, and pounced on my feet) I came across this.

I can’t stop grinning. Thank you, Antonia, though I don’t know you and you live an ocean away. You’re some kind of genius, you know that?

Whenever I see a blog feed update from Antonia, I do a little happy dance.
